Pavilion Rental

For those looking to host a small reception, special event or family affair our Rough Hollow Yacht Club Pavilion is the perfection location!

Rental Includes:

Semi-Enclosed 2,700 sq ft Pavilion seating up to 150 guests

60 inch round tables, wooden folding chairs and banquet tables. The number of tables and chairs varies. Additional needs will have to be rented at client’s expense

Each event includes a 5 Hour time slot. Events must end by 10:00 PM. *Additional hours result in an extra fee

Breathtaking views of Lake Travis & picturesque grounds

Food and beverage for all events must be provided by our on-site restaurant, Canyon Grille at Rough Hollow. Food and Beverage is not included in the rental of the venue and is an extra expense to the client.

Valet parking available during evening events. Depending on number of guests, or time of year, a second valet will need to be hired at client’s expense.

Audio visual, rentals, entertainment, decoration, staffing and planning are all charged directly to client and are additional charges over rental fee.
